And just to start things off (copied from a previous post) and in brief :
Got a great job, lost it 3 months later due to the economic downturn.
Bought a great house (on my own!) last June, am still living in it. It needs a LOT of work but I'm slowly, S-L-O-W-L-Y getting it all done.
Started my own business doing translation/public relations work when I lost my job... it's now a thriving little company and I have more work than I can handle, so I'm looking at sub-contracting some of it out. Will soon have a proper company and website up (got my logo today! w00t!!) but I still feel like this feller most days
I am now the mother of TWO teenagers, one of whom is taller than me. That can't be right. I still haven't figured out who I can call to complain about this.
I post about twice a month on Yuku. There's just NO time anymore.

about going to Europe. If you should happen to find yourself in Germany, drink the beer and leave the water alone.
It's like going to Mexico, only it just tastes bad without the sudden mad dashes to the bathroom.
